No matter how bad it is for you at this point in time you are welcome here. This will be a safe space to share what you are going through with others who are facing similar challenges. Regardless of what is the cause, or if you don’t know the cause, this will be a safe place to talk about it. I am currently battling with depression, anxiety and chronic pain so understand the challenges you may be going through. Hopefully when we come together we can find ways of healing together : )
