Wellness coach Josie Santi guides you through an inner child healing and journaling experience designed to help you reconnect with the youngest, most vulnerable parts of yourself—the parts that still carry old fears, protective beliefs, and unmet emotional needs. Through gentle meditation, body relaxation, visualization, and intentional journaling, you’ll be guided to meet a younger version of yourself in a safe, grounded way.
This session is for anyone who:
Feels held back by old fears, self-doubt, or patterns that feel deeper than surface-level mindset work
Wants to build more self-trust, emotional safety, and compassion for themselves
Is ready to release protective beliefs formed in childhood that no longer serve them
Craves a deeper connection to their intuition, body, and emotional world
Wants a structured, supportive space to journal and process gently
You do not need any prior experience with meditation or inner child work. Just bring a journal, an open mind, and a willingness to listen to yourself in a new way.
The intention of this session isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you become the safe place your younger self has always needed, so you can move through life feeling more whole, supported, and aligned.
