"I am enjoying this group. It places meaningful things in the forefront every Thursday morning before I start my day, and it's great to hear other people's experiences and things they are grateful for because it's easy for us to lose sight of things during challenging times. "
"On the anniversary of my one year free of benzo I had the opportunity in this session to think of the people I am for through guided imagery. Congrats on you one year on Sharewell🎉"

What I Hope to Share
On this journey remember: "Pain is a means rather than an end. It's an event in the moment - but over a lifetime, becomes a choice: What do you want to do with your pain?" - Mitch Artman. One spark - can ignite hope. And through winding trails and bright stars - Adventures can always begin!
What Brought Me to ShareWell
Re-learning to breathe again, and just exist - as myself (whoever she is). As I navigate cptsd, grief, and loneliness from losing most of my family. I've lost my brother and best friend a decade ago, my dad in 2020, and my mother in 2024 after a 2-year battle with cancer. I've lost a pregnancy, and now going through a divorce. Just trying to keep rowing my boat in a positive direction, through the oceans of life.
