Change Circle for Burnout and Overwhelm
Mon, Mar 09 | 12:30PM - 1:15PM UTC
Burnout and overwhelm are not personal failures.
They are signals from the nervous system that something has been stretched for too long.
Change Circles are calm, supportive, sessions for anyone navigating uncertainty, emotional load or transition. Each circle offers a pause from the pace of daily life and a chance to reconnect with yourself in a grounded, human way.
In each session, we slow things down and move through a gentle structure that supports both reflection and steadiness. The focus is not on fixing or forcing clarity, but on creating the conditions where insight and choice can emerge naturally.
What to Expect
- simple nervous system settling practices
- guided reflection to help you understand what is present
- space to explore possibility or choice without pressure
- one grounded takeaway you can carry into your week
How the Sessions Are Held
These sessions draw on nervous system science, psychology and mindfulness, and are facilitated in a calm, non-clinical way. Change unfolds at different rhythms for each person, and there is no expectation that clarity or answers will arrive within a set timeframe.
About the Facilitator
Natasha is the founder of Zenter, a mindful change practice supporting people and teams through transitions with clarity and humanity. Her work blends nervous system literacy, psychology and mindfulness, informed by experience across consulting, technology and leadership roles.
What to Bring:
A quiet space if possible, something to write with, and permission to arrive as you are.

Why Peer Support Matters for Vision building
Dreaming big without a roadmap quickly slips into fantasizing or overwhelm. It’s easy to write down lofty goals and then never revisit them, which feels demotivating when you glance at that dusty notebook weeks later. Peer support gives you structure—think guided prompts or accountability partners—to clarify what success looks like, break it into concrete milestones, and stay on track when enthusiasm wanes.
