Welcome to "The Seasons of Motherhood" Support Group! Are you navigating the profound, beautiful, and often overwhelming transition of postpartum life? This is a nurturing and confidential peer support group designed specifically for new or experienced mothers seeking connection, self-care, and meaningful conversation beyond the baby books. We honor the fact that motherhood is not static-it moves, shifts, and changes, just like the seasons. What to Expect in Every Session: * Warm Welcome & Clear Guidelines: We start with an emphasis on confidentiality and non-judgement to create a truly safe space. * Structured discussion: Guided Conversation on the season's specific theme to foster shared insight. * The Peer Check-in: A dedicated time for you to share your "Highs & Lows" of the week or recent past - Received with listening and validation, never unsolicited advice. * Resource Sharing: Sharing of any resources between peers of any books/groups/podcasts/blogs/health practitioners, etc. found to be helpful on this journey. Babies Are Always Welcome!! This is a safe space where feeding, crying, and movement are normal and expected. Come as you are, exactly as you are. Who is your host? Kendall is a holistic nutrition coach whose practice is centered around prenatal and postpartum support. She is also a Birth & Bereavement doula credentialed through Stillbirthday. I am a mother, just like you, who wants to heal & build a community for all mothers to feel supported and heard.
