I am a woman who has dealt with anxiety, depression, and physical illness. I work in the behavioral health field where I have to manage my emotions on a daily. As I continue to grow into this woman of resilience, and becoming the best version of myself. My journey has been filled with both challenges and breakthroughs, and each step has shaped the person I am today. I learned to turn pain into purpose for real conversations that heal.
Host Reviews
"A very supportive environment to talk about difficult things and listen to encouragement and information on how to grow and heal."
"It was a great group! Mostly loved the support and encouragement that was shared and poured into the group! Thanks LaKeisha for starting the group as it is great having a place to share and release present struggles for some relief! I left encouraged. "
"Very deep and real discussion. Great group of ladies and wonderful hosting!"
"great group handling emotions can be tough this group help name them and empowered me "
"I have been struggling to balance what is appropriate to share and my need to process because the weight, burden, pressure and impact of the complexities is becoming impossible to carry or bare. The lack of resources, restrictions, policies and regulations add more hardship, impact, detours and even roadblocks that could help but can't or are justified to not be available to help because the criteria is not appropriate but gets to be regulated to be. "
"Wow - I need that release and suport so much! Thank you to Lakeshia (sp) aka lpariss for a great group!"

About
What I Hope to Share
I contribute compassion, authenticity, and encouragement. My gift is creating a safe space for laughter, honesty, and emotional release. I look forward to gaining connection and wisdom as we rise and learn from each other. This reminds me that none of us are on this journey alone.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I joined ShareWell because I know the power of community. Too often we try to carry it all alone but healing happens when we connect, share our stories, and support one another. I was inspired to create a safe space where we as a community can release emotional weight and have discussions around the emotions we carry.
