Tasha_Chi

(She/her)

I've spent the past several years as the primary caregiver for my parents while also dealing with grief, chronic stress, and my own health challenges. These experiences truly reshaped how I view responsibility, self-care, and identity. Right now, I'm in a rebuilding mode. I'm focusing on identifying the parts of me that have been injured, how to heal those parts, and designing a new version of my life that includes depth, meaning, self-care and the capacity to still be a generous and kind person to others.

What I Hope to Share

I hope to contribute presence, reflective communication, and spaces that honor depth and deep thinking. I hope to continue to gain support and connection as I rebuild a life of greater meaning and sustainability.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

I originally joined Sharewell in February 2025 to find a new caregiving community. I stayed because I found a thoughtful, compassionate community that has supported me in my healing journey.
