Hello! Welcome to a safe space to meditate, share, and create art. During this group we will be working on creating a simple watercolor painting that will help center and focus the mind on the present. I will be using a simple watercolor pallet with 24 colors and a simple round brush of any size. Any watercolor paper will suffice. Come create and squash the anxiety with art. Please also have handy a ruler and black sharpie.
