Reconnecting with my authentic self and living in alignment have been huge aspects of my healing journey. Healing is always in progress & we are all works in progress! Life has been a rollercoaster and I am settling into the stability that is self trust and taking aligned action with my values. When cycles of isolation stopped working, I knew I needed to try something different... Sharewell gives the opportunity for me to connect from a sensory safe place with other peers who can relate.
