🎤 Speaker Bio: Michelle Willard — Life & Relationship Coach, Educator, & Trauma-Informed SEL Facilitator
Michelle helps women move from resentment and disconnection to renewal and deeper love—both within themselves and in their relationships. After navigating years of disconnection in her own marriage, Michelle began a journey of healing that restored her identity, rebuilt emotional safety, and breathed new life into her relationship. Today, she walks alongside women who feel stuck in the same painful patterns, guiding them to create relationships where they feel fully seen, valued, and deeply loved. Her sessions are nurturing and grounded in real-life transformation.

Why Peer Support Matters for Healthy love
A healthy relationship feels energizing rather than draining yet too often gets reduced to “I guess we’re fine.” That passive “we’re okay” mindset can mask unmet needs or resentments. Peer sessions help you identify what genuine mutual respect and support look like by sharing communication tactics and boundary practices that keep love growing instead of stagnating.
