Tondra Mosley
(She/Her)
My name is Tondra “Poetic Sense” Mosley, and my life taught me about healing before I ever had the words for it. I’ve walked through health scares, emotional rebuilding, seasons of deep uncertainty, and the kind of quiet battles that change how you see yourself. Faith carried me, but so did honest community — spaces where I didn’t have to be strong, polished, or put together to be accepted. That’s where my calling was shaped. Today I serve as a healing curator, bestselling author, and trauma-informed peer support advocate. I create spaces where people can exhale. Spaces where we talk about what’s heavy without shame and what’s hopeful without pretending the work is easy. My work centers Black women’s mental health while welcoming anyone who is seeking restoration, reflection, and growth. My foundation is faith-based, but my approach is compassionate, never forced. I believe healing is sacred, and sacred things should be handled with care. I meet people where they are and honor their pace, their story, and their dignity. Through affirmation, conversation, and shared humanity, I help people reconnect with their voice, their resilience, and their purpose. You don’t have to arrive whole to sit in this space. You just have to arrive.

What I Hope to Share
What I hope to contribute is a reflection of honesty, compassion, and a space where people don’t feel pressure nor judgment while on their resilience journey. A cheerleader for the wins. A light for the lows. We can speak about what hurts, acknowledge what’s growing, and respect that healing isn’t linear. What I hope to gain is connection and perspective. I believe wisdom lives in shared stories. Healing, to me, isn’t one-directional — it’s mutual. We strengthen each other simply by being willing to be seen. I want to grow alongside people who are committed to becoming more whole, more honest, and more gentle with themselves. I’m here to pour and to receive. That’s how healing multiplies.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I came to ShareWell because I believe healing isn’t meant to be done alone. Too many people carry weight silently — especially the ones everyone else leans on. I know that role well. And I also know the relief of being in a space where you don’t have to perform to be respected. ShareWell felt aligned with the kind of community I’m called to help build: peer-centered, compassionate, and rooted in real human connection. My faith tells me healing work is sacred, but my lived experience reminds me it also has to be accessible and inclusive. This platform allows me to show up fully — not as someone above others, but as someone walking alongside them. I’m here because shared healing is powerful. And because no one should have to carry their story by themselves. Not to be preachy but, WE ARE OVERCOMERS BY THE WORDS OF OUR TESTIMONIES… Peer experience allows us to be the evidence of that in real time.
