Hi! I’m happy to find somewhere to connect with people that can relate to my experience! Finally moved back to Canada in my mid-thirties and turns out I’ve got a whole lot going on! Once I figured out I was autistic and ADHD I started pulling some threads and am now looking at POTS, hypermobility (investigating EDS), MCAS, and who knows what else we’ll find lol

What Brought Me to ShareWell
The family member I trusted the most turned out to be replaying a pattern of control over me that I wasn’t ready to accept until I stood my ground and it was spelled out plainly. Hoping to find a loving way to deal with it without erasing myself.
