Sunnyt

(She/her)

Hi, I'm Sunny. Like yours, my story is one of fortitude and resilience. I have struggled with mental illness for years, but I've struggled through. I've been diagnosed with ADHD, BPD, anxiety, and depression. I'm not sure all of those really fit, but I'm more than my diagnoses anyway. I'm currently unemployed and seeking (but not finding) work. I gave birth April 28th, 2025 to a beautiful boy I chose to place for adoption. I have two adorable kittens that are helping me cope with that choice (and 3 other cats). And I love to cook, bake, and write. I'm a big believer in the connectivity between physical and mental wellbeing, and skills before pills. I really appreciate everything I've learned through CBT and DBT. I believe that every single person knows something I don't, honesty is the best policy, and kindness is the best medicine. I'm a student of life and a beautiful, forever work-in-progress. My guardian angel works overtime.

What I Hope to Share

By being vulnerable and authentic, I hope to bring and gain a little positivity, motivation, and peace. I want to shine my light and bask in the glow of others. And I want to live the reminder that It's easier to do the hard thing when you're not doing it alone.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

I live in a house with three other people, but often feel very alone. I was really struggling with my mental health (again) after making the difficult decision to relinquish my child and go low contact with my mother. A depression spiral stole my hobbies and dimmed my sparkle. I was navigating the transition to a mostly pharmaceutical free life, and struggling with a lot of change. I was looking for a community that would make me feel seen, heard, and accepted.
