(He/Him)
In 2024, I ended up in the ER twice. That was the wake-up call I couldn't ignore. I quit my job soon after — not because I had a plan, but because I knew I couldn't keep living the way I had been. What followed was messier than I expected. I lost the identity I'd built around work, and had to sit with who I was underneath it. That search led me to ancient Chinese philosophy — Daoism and Buddhism especially — and to meditation as a daily practice and way of living. I'm still learning. Some days I feel deeply grounded; other days the old patterns creep back in. But I'm slower now, more honest with myself, and connected to something larger than my previous jobs. If you've had your own wake-up call — a health scare, a breaking point, a quiet realization that something had to change — I understand that place. I'd be honored to walk alongside you in it.

What I Hope to Share
I want to support people who are struggling — mentally, physically, emotionally — the way I wish I'd had support when I was in it. I know what it's like to hit a breaking point and not know where to turn, and I want to be a steady presence for someone else navigating that. Specifically, I hope to share the meditation and breathing practices that have helped me find calm and clarity — tools rooted in Daoist and Buddhist traditions that are simple enough to use in a hard moment, but powerful enough to shift how you feel. If something I've learned can help someone else breathe a little easier, that matters to me. At the same time, I know this goes both ways. I'm here to keep learning too — from other people's stories, their practices, their resilience. I don't think healing is something you finish but something you keep doing, together.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
After everything I went through, I found myself craving real connection, not surface-level check-ins, but honest conversations with people who understand what it's like to rebuild from the ground up. I also came here because I have stories to tell — about the ER, about quitting, about the slow work of finding my way back to myself through Daoism, Buddhism, and meditation.
