LynnLG

I’m Lynn, a mother, student, and raw writer learning to rebuild life after loss. My daughter Amber, born with pachygyria at 23, was my whole world. When she passed earlier this year, everything shifted. Alongside grief, I’ve also survived decades of narcissistic abuse from both a spouse and a parent, experiences that continue to shape my healing journey. Writing is where I put the words I can’t always speak. It’s messy, vulnerable, and honest, but it helps me heal and connect with others.

What I Hope to Share

I bring honesty, empathy, and the perspective of a mother who has loved deeply and lost. Through my lived experience, I hope to support others navigating their own storms, while also finding hope, acceptance, companionship, and community along the way.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

I came here because painful loss and major life transitions left me feeling alone and searching for a place of connection. After Amber’s passing and years of surviving narcissistic abuse, I needed a community where I could be seen and heard without judgment, a space where grief, survival, and healing can coexist.
