BrookeDenay
Hi, I’m Brooke Denay, CPSS, BAAS 💜✨ My path into peer support began with lived experience, curiosity, and a desire to understand myself and others in more compassionate, meaningful ways 🌱🌙. I bring over 15 years of lived and peer support experience, along with a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed approach 🧠💜 I’m especially passionate about neurodivergence, executive functioning, burnout, grief, and generational patterns. I create spaces where people can show up authentically—unmask, process, and exist without judgment 🤍🦋 I believe we don’t need to be “fixed”—we need to be seen, understood, and supported as we are 💫✨ We can sit in it together—and find our way from there 💜🌿

What I Hope to Share
What I’m most excited to contribute is a space where people can show up authentically—without pressure to have it all figured out 🤍 I hope to offer a presence that is compassionate, grounded, and trauma-informed—one that honors each person’s lived experience, autonomy, and pace. I want to help create spaces where people feel safe to unmask, explore their inner world, and share openly without fear of judgment or needing to be “fixed.” Spaces where curiosity is welcomed, differences are respected, and being human is enough 🤝 I’m especially passionate about bringing a neuroaffirming lens into these spaces—recognizing that our brains and nervous systems are shaped by our experiences, and that there is no one “right” way to think, feel, or move through the world 🧠✨ At the same time, I’m just as excited for what I’ll gain from this experience. Peer support is inherently mutual, and I deeply value the opportunity to learn from others, hear diverse perspectives, and continue growing both personally and professionally 🌱 I believe there is something powerful about people coming together in shared humanity—each of us bringing our own stories, insights, and ways of being. I’m grateful for the opportunity to both hold space and be shaped by the connections that happen within it 💛
What Brought Me to ShareWell
What brought me to ShareWell is my own experience of how meaningful it is to feel truly seen and heard 💫 Through both my personal journey and the peer spaces I’ve facilitated, I’ve witnessed how powerful it can be when people come together in honest, supportive ways. I was drawn to ShareWell because it creates space for those kinds of connections to happen every day 🤝 It felt aligned with the kind of support I believe in—real, human, and rooted in shared experience 💛
