I'm 46. I was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 31 . A few years later was also diagnosed with ADHD. As a teenager I was misdiagnosed with OCD. I live in the United States. I'm originally from New York State. I grew up on Long Island and lived most of my adult life in Albany, NY. I lived for 7 years in South Florida and moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in July 2025. I host Neurodivergent Peer Support groups on Sharewell (usually every Sunday evening).

"A small but wonderful session about social media, tech and how it affects us. Very grateful for this, as I have been trying to navigate possibly using social media(besides sharewell 🙃) again to connect to others. "
"Smaller group but had a really great discussion. Loved that there were a variety of different perspectives on social media. It gave me a lot to think about."

What I Hope to Share
I host several Neurodivergent Peer Support groups on Sharewell each week (usually on Sunday and Monday evenings). I began hosting as I felt it was important to create a space for Neurodivergent Adults to support each other. I came to Sharewell to learn, to grow, find mutual support and hopefully make some friends along the way.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I came to Sharewell as creator I followed on Instagram mentioned they were hosting sessions on here. Thank you @elenacarr0ll
