I have ADHD and Anxiety. I just moved & dealing with agoraphobia and insomnia, though Sharewell and other support groups have really helped me calm down and get centered. I have trouble saying what i need when i get anxious, and can both push people away and pull them toward me too hard, so im working on setting boundaries better.
