I consider myself a late bloomer in my mid-50s, now making a deliberate effort to realign my values with the person I have always aspired to be. I am focused on applying the lessons and knowledge gained throughout my life to become someone who naturally attracts and inspires others. Today, I place strong emphasis on self-care, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through. I have come to recognize that meaningful change requires breaking through longstanding mental barriers, and I now deeply value and protect the importance of free time.
