"Adele and I have more things in common than we realized from our first session and we were able to give each other some advise on activities and tools to cope with anxiety and stress while both of us are dealing with life challenges. She has a great sense of humor especially when her cat interrupted the session demanding attention and a pet. I really enjoy speaking with her."
