Holding Hope: Trying to Conceive Circle

Tue, Feb 17 | 6:00PM - 7:00PM UTC
Trying to conceive can be an emotional rollercoaster. Hope, disappointment, waiting, overthinking, grief, and strength can all exist at the same time. This peer support group is a safe, compassionate space for people who are on a conception or fertility journey and want connection with others who truly understand. In this group, we talk openly about the emotional side of trying to conceive, including the stress of waiting and uncertainty, coping with negative tests or delays, balancing hope with emotional protection, relationship strain, feeling isolated when others don’t understand, and managing anxiety, overthinking, and comparison. We also make space for the grief that can come with fertility challenges. This is a non-judgmental and inclusive space for people from all backgrounds and paths to parenthood, whether you are trying naturally, using medical support, exploring options, or simply navigating the emotional weight of the journey. This is a peer support group, not therapy. The focus is on shared experience, emotional support, and coping strategies in a respectful and confidential environment. You don’t have to carry this alone.

Why Peer Support Matters for Fertility

Fertility challenges can be deeply emotional, affecting one’s sense of identity, relationships, and future plans. The journey can be physically and mentally exhausting, often filled with uncertainty, loss, and difficult decisions. Peer support offers a compassionate environment to process these experiences. Talking to others who understand the emotional toll of fertility struggles provides relief, clarity, and strength — transforming isolation into shared resilience.
