Weekly Journaling and Sharing Time

About this Group

Each week I will provide a list of journal prompts by Saturday evening in the initial check-in chat, and then when we get together we will do a welcome and group agreement review, check-ins, and during check in everyone can share which prompt or prompts they liked or find useful; Then we will take 15 min to write; then 15-20 min for some to share; followed by another 15 to write and another 30 min of sharing before we do a weekly wrap up.
