this half hour class will make a difference to your body tightness. stretching has some benefits to our healing process. one being calming our nervous system down. two helps loosen our muscles and 3 brings a sense of ease to ourselves. all are invited to join please wear comfortable clothing and a quiet place to work. quick intros 5 minutes 20 minutes of chair stretches for any level no experience necessary. 5 minutes take aways and how we are feeling all are welcome to join
