Perinatal OCD Support for Parents

About this Group

Our perinatal (pregnancy & postpartum) OCD group for parents is here to help those dealing with symptoms of OCD, like intrusive thoughts, obsessions, and compulsions. Our online groups help you connect with other parents, talk about your experience, and learn about helpful tools and resources. You do not have to have an official diagnosis to attend the group. Held in partnership with the International OCD Foundation, these groups are led by PSI-trained support group leaders with lived experience. They understand the emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum parenting with OCD. You are not alone. We are here to help. We do not allow group observation by students or professionals. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. ***The group space will be closed once we reach 16 members OR we have started talk time. ** 🔔 PLEASE NOTE: THIS GROUP IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We allow the first 16 members to join. Thank you for understanding! ✅Cameras are required during introductions for the safety of all group members. Please make sure your technology allows you to turn on your camera at least briefly for this portion of the session. ✅The session will take place via Zoom (from the ShareWell website), so make sure your device is compatible with the Zoom app. This may require updating or downloading the Zoom app. Note: This group is not for people processing the details and trauma of pregnancy and/or infant loss. Please join one of our Loss and Grief Support Groups for this important support.
