Each session offers space to feel seen, heard, and supported on your healing path. Through grounding, reflection, and practical techniques, Larissa helps you discover balance, safety, and empowerment—without rushing the process. With a background in psychology from the University of Arizona, Larissa combines scientific understanding with lived experience to guide others toward balance and wholeness. Having navigated her own trauma and recovery, she now empowers peers to find safety, self-trust, and peace through nervous system regulation and mindful health practices.
