Fostering Self-Compassion and Self-Love

About this Group

In the wake of trauma, including abusive relationships, adverse childhood events, and systemic oppression, our view of self can become shattered leading to low self-esteem and avoidance patterns. This group is for those ready to start moving forward by improving their self-compassion. We will incorporate meditations, questions, and exercises to increase the elements of self-compassion: kindness, mindfulness, and connection (AKA our common humanity).
