aroma therapy, find your calm in a hectic day!

About this Group

this session is created to help practice mindfulness and help calm the body down when feeling stressed. please bring some scents you have wether it's essential oils or soaps, shampoos or candles. something that brings you joy. we will immerse ourselves in 30 minutes of smelling it together and discussing the effects of the smell. All are encouraged and welcome to join if it works for you.
