I'm an internationally, nationally and state certified peer support and peer recovery specialist. I also am a certified mental health, trauma, recovery and life coach. I'm a 60 year old woman of Christian faith, I'm a survivor and overcomer of various forms of abuse. I have decades of lived experience in both mental health and SUD. I have 10 years sobriety. I also identify as neurodivergent. My goal is to help others because I know it was like to be alone and have no support whatsoever.
