Inherited biological Mental Health challenges coupled with a very dysfunctional upbringing. On a journey of healing, transformation and growth through connection with Nature, yoga and breathwork, zen awareness and healthy lifestyle practices like optimal nutrition, daily exercise and a proper sleep routine. All to continually know and then honor my unique self. The goal is Peace, Health and Joy and to be a part of the beauty of Life.

Hope to share my struggles, what has helped me, listen with compassion to others stories and be present. I know being alone ALOT has been hard and want to change that for myself and others.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
Diagnosed with Major Depression while in the military in 2003. Was on meds for a short time, didn't serve me for a number of reasons. Really focused on holistic wellness, nutrition, exercise, yoga, breathwork, sleep hygiene and setting boundaries. Realize I also likely have BPD. Researching and utilizing DBT skilks as I really like the comprehensive therapeutic approach developed by Prof. Linehan.
