Peer Support Is Proven to Work
Research shows peer-to-peer connections improve overall health and well-being. See it for yourself.

Why ShareWell Works
ShareWell is a peer support platform offering hundreds of free, live online support groups each week, with topics ranging from anxiety and ADHD to breakups and trauma recovery. Research shows that people who receive peer support have an increase in their mental health and wellness, and those who receive both therapy and peer support are 30–40% more likely to stay engaged in treatment, making peer support a valuable complement. 90% of participants report feeling better after just one online peer support group!

What is Peer Support?
Talk with others who get you. Proven to help.
Shared experiences
Small groups of people with similar experiences help support each other. Mutual understanding helps create a sense of belonging and community between participants.
No hierarchy
Everyone gets a chance to share and bring their own lived experience into the conversation. Just peers supporting each other as equals.
Confidential and Safe
Safety rules, accountability, and guidelines ensure every participant is creating a safe environment free from judgement. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
The ShareWell Session Experience
ShareWell peer support sessions are virtual meetings with a group of 3-16 people who support each other in overcoming mental health issues or big life transitions. Some peer support groups are led by a peer host who shares your lived experience, while others are "group-hosted": self-directed sessions that foster open-ended discussions.

Thousands of online peer support groups. No cost to join.
Find support for anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and more—private, safe, and peer-led.
